H1B Visa’s make up over half of Tech workers

H1B visas were started in 1990 and have been one of the worst cybersecurity cluster fucks, almost as bad as the OPM Hack (probably go hand in hand). The Barry Amendment was a defense law that required no foreign dependencies on critical defense supplies..,ie bullets, tech, etc. here is the proven stats that statistically the OPM Hack, along with any other major hack could have been stored on a non Barry Amendment stack, hardware and software, labor etc.
